ltrMenuPlus is a skin with any bars: public sidebar Left, Top bar, sidebar Right and private sidebars Left and sidebars Right. Each bar has got an MediaWiki page management as original MonoBook MediaWiki:Sidebar. There are two parameters about logo: original $wgLogo and $wgTitleLogo for image and label of wiki site. There is one parameter about CSS bars: $wgSideBarCSS.
